*This is a very quiet and nice neighborhood, absolutely No Unauthorized Party or Guests*

You will have a total of 4 lovely rooms with a total of 5 beds in a fancy newly remodeled house with parking. The room is fully furnished, the bed is very comfy. We provide fresh towels and sheets. Our house is very quiet and catches plenty of natural daylight.

I know the Internet is important! You also have high-speed Wi-Fi and a workspace in the living room. Ideal home for a business trip or family gathering!

You are welcome to use the kitchen, all dishes are included. You can have food in the fridge.
I have a Microwave, a Coffee Maker, and an Electric Water Kettle for you to make coffee or tea.

Check our beautiful Beautiful outdoor garden backyard where you can get some fresh air during your stay.

Please remember this is a HOME, NOT a hotel or party house!! We have to keep the noise level down anywhere and all the time. Please Treat this home and our neighbors with respect!!


OUR HOME IS STRICTLY PROHIBITS:
- LOUD BASS MUSIC
- LARGE GATHERINGS ( 10 MAX, including visitors )
- SMOKING OF ANY KIND, ESPECIALLY MARIJUANA

Or Police officer will be called and you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund, also a fine of up to $2,000 will be billed if violated.

There is security camera and non-recording sound monitor system in the backyard and front yard of the house.
